Background:
SUTL Enterprise Limited has agreed to acquire Marina at Keppel Bay from Keppel Bay Pte Ltd for $40 million, strengthening its position in Singapore’s marina sector. The company said the transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to standard conditions.
The acquisition will add 166 berths to SUTL’s portfolio. These berths include facilities for superyachts of up to 280 feet. When combined with the existing 270-berth ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, SUTL will operate a total of 436 berths, making it the largest integrated marina owner and operator in Singapore.
SUTL plans to rename the asset as ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay. The group will also roll out phased upgrades to improve berthing infrastructure, clubhouse amenities, retail areas, and lifestyle offerings. These changes aim to grow revenue from several streams, including marina berthing, club memberships, hospitality services, and food and beverage outlets.
The company expects to gain cost and operational benefits by sharing services across its marina network. It said the integration of both marinas will help streamline management and enhance the customer experience for yacht owners and members.
SUTL will also extend its environmental and community programmes to the Keppel Bay site. These include marine education initiatives, expansion of coral gardens, and hosting satellite events linked to the Singapore Yachting Festival.
Management said the acquisition fits with the group’s long-term strategy to build a premium marina and lifestyle ecosystem in Singapore. By increasing its footprint and upgrading facilities, SUTL aims to capture growing demand from yacht owners and visitors seeking high-end marina services.
With this deal, SUTL further strengthens its ONE°15 brand and sets the stage for new lifestyle and marine-related offerings at one of Singapore’s most well-known waterfront locations.
